Since October 2010, Genuine worked to shape the look and feel of the Scottish Academy of Fashion’s digital communications, through to promoting the Academy’s achievements by delivering a carefully constructed, multi-channel public relations campaign leading to editorial and online coverage.
During their time working on the Academy project Genuine:
devised a communications protocol
researched and developed a digital strategy
constructed, wrote and distributed an external brief
managed pitch and tender processes for website provision and project management systems
established an online presence
developed the format for an online newsletter
designed an intranet for use by the core team and external collaborators
created a website to highlight the work of the academy
ensured brand strength across all channels by recommending a logo redesign
integrated social media platforms for effective communications
created and wrote news stories and other content for all channels
coordinated successful public relations results for project partners and sponsors such as Todd & Duncan
